I have the drill-attached mops and soap that I've used previously for small jobs - but a cam cover, how long is that going to take? When you have sanded all the rocker cover down with 2000 grit paper then you can start polishing. Vogalogue Posted December 18, 2018 Share Posted December 18, 2018 Love the 4A-GE! I polished engine parts once, a 1G twin turbo supra, did cam covers, intake manifold, charge pipes the lot. Took AGES. the problem for me Is that you have to keep on top of it to keep it looking good. and I vowed never to do it again.
