So you have fixed rear wheel arch to tub, options are limited to a repair and re-spray or possibly a vinyl wrap or a replacement tub :-( Not heard of a detachable wing being grafted onto a tub, would need some creative changes to the tub. Which tbh you may as well do to the existing wheel arch. Just my thoughts, I would take it to a grp specialist, or even a local boat yard!
