Hey all.  I’m looking to get an outdoor car cover for the Westy.  Found a few places online, would love to hear personal experience and recommendations.  And pictures of you have them.

Also, when it comes to these cars, does full cage vs windscreen make much difference?

Anyone?   Or is the simple thought of keeping these cars outside making people shy away from this thread?  ;)

Thanks Buddy.

Just had a look on the Autoexpress reviews.  Like the look of these ones:https://www.classicadditions.com/en-GB/westfield-sei-wide-body-ultimate-outdoor-car-cover/vmd_10077-172216

I like the fact they have 3 straps locking it securly in place, also some loops for a cable lock.

The Trust Pilot reviews are very good also, 95% 5 stars!  https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/classicadditions.com?utm_medium=Trustbox&utm_source=MicroReviewCount

I was leaning towards the Hamilton one but the reports it doesnt come down as low at the sides as the others is putting me off a bit.

I’ve answered the same question quite a few times recently, so thought I’d let someone else have a go for a change

Are you saying you have a full cage, by the way? Any other form of covering, if you do?

In the end I bought Halfords small all weather car cover fits a treat, although it was more of a put aside incase sort of cover, I have since extended my carport and made it more storm proof with additional cladding as heavier duty guttering etc. So the storm cap by Walker st Clare and a dust sheet (old washed mattress bed sheet) over the front is ideal at present!

The small is a really nice fit! It has under body cross straps which are easy to connect and adjust in seconds a piece! I would never want it out in the elements in bad weather but if it had to live outside i would be very glad is this cover
