Wonderful. I just thought that you'd rather know now, rather than later etc.

It’s one of those things I checked the IVA manual for as it would be such a simple fail to position it wrong.

The 150mm measurement is at the back of the wheel. Just has to cover the fwd 30 degrees. But I would go further back as Ian’s in case you want to fit mud flaps.

Others suggest to put plastic heat shrink sleeving over the metal stays under the wings to reduce the likelihood of debris damaging the paint/powdercoat leading to the onset of rust etc.

I did this some years back, worked well, use the adhesive internal type of heat shrink.

The passenger seat is tight and won’t go back as far as the drivers side I’m assuming this is normal.

I have done some more of the repair work ready fo sand it all down.

The washer jet hole will probably get covered with a stripe at some point.

the marks put in for the bonnet locks are a pain. Shame they were put in but I guess I can see why they would be.

Also decided to use some left over gel coat to see what the original S2000 metal trim comes out like.

Still no idea if I will use these anywhere but no harm in playing around.

I have the same witness marks on the boot lid. Really annoys me, but not much you can do without a fill and sand job.

My passenger seat will go back as far as the drivers seat, but doesn’t come as far forward, due to the greater tunnel narrowing. (Less than normal too, as I have the heat/sound reducing lining on the tunnel, which makes it thicker)

Note, you do, or did, need to slot the mounting holes in the floor slightly, if I remember right.

Yeah I slotted one of the holes but the whole thing jams both sides unless one seat is slightly smaller as the drivers has plenty of room.

Im only talking literally the last click back it’s no drama as it holds it off the rear wall.

How strange, must admit, I've not tried in the FW, i know the arch detail where the seat fits against it is different to a ZK car, perhaps that's it? As you say more a curiosity than anything important!

It’s a long way off but that will certainly find a place on the car and probably along with it’s partner.

Hadz

Seats look great Si 😬

Build is on the homeward straight.

I went for the JK seats and the holes are miles off, think I’m just going to put them in the Centre of the current holes 🙄

Perhaps you could incorporate just this part into a build plaque to go on the passenger side of the dash? or Under the hood?

Yeah I thought that. The built by Honda bits are no good unless I can cover it with some sort of Mega sticker but that may be weird.

I also have a pair so was thinking possibly one on each side.
