Hello, apologies for my lack of all knowledge! I notice my water gauge needle doesn’t move until after 5-10 mins or so. Is this normal? Then sits around 90 ish,

thanks In advance

Is the sender engine side of the stat?

If not, there won't really be any flow over the sender until the stat opens

That’s perfectly normal

Most senders are after the stat so only show a big rise once the stat opens.

(Oops lots of iPhone typos!)

Also depends what temp the gauge reading starts at?

Most cars as standard now need to see 50degrees before the gauge will start to move :)
