Few more pics - roads are mostly empty and skies are mostly blue! (or at worst a grey/blue) - sun's out now so off to patio with a beer :d

Nice views...

You can JUST see the Red Kite in the middle of the pic - the camera lens makes it look miles away, but I could see the small mammal in its claws!

Yet more empty twisties!

Hi Chris a nice fast road for the bike, A470 north to Rhayader then the B4518 through Llanidloes, then turn left after Staylittle to Machynlleth. You could come back the same way but go round the back of Llyn Clywedog near Staylittle.

Great day out :)

My longest ever run out at just over 220 miles.

Big thanks to @Chris King - Webmaster and Joint North East AO

for sorting out the route over the black mountain pass once we had met up at Builth Wells:t-up:

Just a shame that black mountain pass isn't about 50 miles long!!

Apologies in advance if@Nic (NICO) - Shropshire and Mid-Wales AO

relieving himself in the back ground of this pic upsets anyone:laugh:you can't take him anywhere without him marking his territory!

Yes @CosKev it was indeed a cracking run over the hills.

Thanks for bringing some more cars for us to play with!

I had a brief shock when I opened one of your photo's on my phone and saw my wife running by the roadside. Took me a moment to work it out :d

Nic's bladder holds less than my short-range FW fuel tank....which is saying something.

No one would have noticed me in the back of the picture if you hadn’t brought it to their notice.

For your information I was examining a rare orchid :d

Thanks for a great drive out lads.

Nic ,it's time to have an empty bottle in the car just in case.
