Replaced all rear fuel lines with R9 and fitted a new fuel filter, 1st job with the Quick Jack - wish I'd bought them years ago and now have easy access to the propshaft grease nipples so won't have to ask nicely during the MOT.  Touched up a few chips in the chassis powdercoat while I was under the car, I'm impressed how clean it is after ~30k miles and 9 years although the rear wishbones need to be stripped and recoated.

Blasted thing wouldn’t start this morning. With a strange new noise coming from the fuel pump. So aborted the planned trip out, pulled it out of the garage, cleaned it, and pushed it back in. The fix can wait until the Spring.

Great day out with Westfield Sports Car Club. Keep your eye out for the Western filmed on location in the Peak District. Everybody got involved to make what will be a poor Western, but we had fun anyway.  Starring Peak District posse “broke back Bennett” “Cotten eyed Glen” Dave Eastwood, (Western baddie) as himself @Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Secretaryand the Sheriff Calamity Julie. @Julie Hall - Joint Peak District AO  Most definitely not for children, although I do recall seeing

Bagpuss@Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO

Now on for the cleaning. HB

A wee breakfast run out with John in the JNS up the back road along the Spey to Grantown, before retracing our steps and then on to mums for the afternoon and home in the dark 😃
