Just go out and get wet, it’s worth it.

I'll second that, Just take it gently! Rain goes over the top of you above 40mph, just take a cloth to wipe the inside of the screen ;)

Enjoy

After the first trip to the IVA test centre .. todays rain is nothing ... so if I get the number plates I'm off driving today :d

Going to go for the sticker on the front nose cone. Eventually found a sign manufacturer who do them ... order today and pick up tomorrow. Rear plate can be made up in 15 mins round the corner.

Only just read your post.

I thought about a sticker but couldn't finally bring myself to apply it.  I have graphics on the nose so that was a factor.

I had a very small plate made up but I figured that was just inviting trouble.  I finally opted for a small plate but with legal size letters (although technically not legal because of the space between the S and the 2).

The (full size) plate on the floor is for comparison.

I lived with that for a while then bought a front carbon splitter and the plate now looks much better IMHO.

I know lots of owners don't actually fit a front plate, and have never had an issue, although it may be prudent to carry one in the car that "just fell off" officer.....

I went for the 406mm x 89mm smaller plate fixed on rubber bobbins. No problems so far.

I have yet to see any lambo with a front plate.
