Just received a mail from MSA is everyone aware of this.

If we are coming out of Europe what has this got to do with us?

We should be lobbying the MSA to ignore it, not to waste our license fees on pursuing this.

Mind you the MSA appear to have plenty of time on their hands! Have a read of this, you couldn't make this up:
