Halfords professional

After 4+ years of good service, I managed to break 3 parts of my socket set yesterday - with the lifetime guarantee, do you think Halfords will swap them without a receipt?

Just take them and ask whilst been very polite and not saying they are crap because they broke after a few years use.

 

Not saying you would say that, but you know what I mean.

To be fair, my 'local' Halfords is pretty good, I sweet talked them into a trade card.

Partly depends what you broke. technically ratchets have usually been excluded, but with the right manager on the right day, they will usually sort them out too.

Just don't buy a hammer at the same time you try to return them ;-)
