The clue is "P***ed on", not "in"! :d

I wasn't aware of this, but as a finalist in the last Daily Telegraph Cryptic crossword national finals in 2005* I will have to give it a a go and will put the clock on it!

 

[pause while he does crossword..........]

 

OK, Done it!  11mins 34!  A new record!!!

 

*I completed that Telegraph grid in 12mins 46 secs, but the winner was under 5 mins - I was sitting opposite him, too.  Really puts you off!
