Westfield customer service good?

Is Gus the secret love child of Gavin and Russ? Or do they have someone else new in parts :laugh:

 

 

I was thinking exactly the same thing - that is a tight knit team :laugh:

I've had several rebuilds done at Westfield. I admit that it can get a bit frustrating at times and body parts seem to be the most common bits to take ages.

But use email and Gav, Russ, Mark or anyone else will get back to you very quickly. Phone can have the odd issue at times, but the service is a great experience overall.

I've experienced far worse from other kit car companies, garages and other specialist companies. I really enjoy owning my Westfield from that side of things. Great support whenever I go there and if in doubt this forum is incredible for help!

Loads missing back 18 months ago but there haven't been many complaints on here lately.

 

Technical and parts guys brilliant and as said above, this forum is awesome to get you through the build

And Gavin is great at remembering who you are, personal service and you don't need to check the name tag in your socks!

had severe frustration getting anyone to pick up the phone in the past but when you do get through the service has been very good :t-up:

 

don't phone much these days as I don't seem to be spending much on the car, but when I have tried over the last year the phone response was certainly better

 

Without speaking out of turn I don't believe they keep quite so much on the shelf these days and certain suppliers have given them issues with extended delivery  - in these tighter times I guess that would be the same for many

 

Go for it - you wont regret it :t-up:

I have had on the whole adequate customer service but not brilliant, bit like any company it depends who you get on the phone but you soon learn who you need to speak to. Put it like this - if you are happy with the Westfield product, the customer service isn't something to get too worried about.
