  1. Found a better pic the pipe of eBay is the same as what I've got it goes from the pump to the top connection that's a hard plastic pipe that's bolted to the block that continues to the bottom of the radiator, there's a t coming of the hard pipe that goes to the header tank, the other outlet on the black rubber pipe goes to the inlet manifold, then there's a small outlet on the manifold that goes to the top of the header tank and to the top hose on the top of the radiator This set-up works perfectly no air locks and is how sbd said to do it .Hope it helps. Tony

  6. I've got two one that does 0 to 25nm and one that does 30nm to about 220nm .You'll need the 0~25 for lots of things on your ally engine, I'd say buy the best you can afford Tony
  7. Its easy to set the tps if you have a laptop with a serial connection on it, once you've downloaded easy map you can connect to your ecu and read the map that's on it, you will find a section that shows the tsp voltage at the start of the rev range, on mine it was .39 so I set my tps to .37 by physically moving it clockwise or anti clockwise. You will be able to see the tsp value on the main mapping page on easy map . Hope that make sense . Tony Edited to say if you give Ian oddie a call he will help you out .he only answers the phone in the morning though.
  8. Hi Tom you could send your ecu to this bloke Oddified - world class tuning services.. http://www.oddified.com/ He knows everything about them. he'll be able to give it a full health check. You should be able to get it mapped , or your looking at the thick end of a grand and probably a remap on top for a new one. Tony
  9. Is it the seat belt knocking against the rear bulkhead
  10. Looking good Adam . I'm not a welder. but they weld at work, ally is a lot harder to do they take the shine of it with a scotch bright and just before you put the rod in the pool you pull the torch back a bit dip the rod then move forward, Tony
  11. Look at this on eBay https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F192256734740 That's the oil pressure sender. I just got the wire/cable from RT for it. The bosch water temp I got from RT with the wire/cable. you can find them cheaper on eBay but not by much, it was just easier to get from RT Didn't use a oil temp Steve CTD help me he told me I could use this Universal coolant or oil temperature sensor 1/8 NPT - EFI-Parts.co.uk: Connectors, Sensors, Trigger wheels, Wideband, Adaptronic, Zeitronix, AEM</title><meta name=yandex-verification content=a53ade7e5eca5e2c /><title> https://www.efi-parts.co.uk/index.php?productID=125 Tony
