  3. The majority don’t need a medical to compete in sprints and hillclimbs anyway unlike circuit racing, so the vast majority don’t benefit from this at all. MSUK don’t seem to think that Sprinting and hill climbing is grassroots motorsport. I would disagree. Whilst there are some wealthy people spending a lot of money they are by and large in the minority. The majority of us run on a very limited budget and sprinting is where I would think most people start in competitive Motorsport

  6. For those who just need a new lid we are currently doing an offer until the end of this month (December) on the White Koden helmets £265 delivered.. Click here Here is the blurb The new Koden KSF15, is a composite helmet approved to Snell Standard SA2015. The helmet comes with built in hans/FHR anchors and comes with hans posts. The helmet boasts features and design of the more expensive helmets in the market which really shows its value. There are two switchable cooling ducts on the top of the helmet at the front to aid with cooling. The helmet also features two open vents at the top rear of the helmet which allows the warm moist air out of the helmet which reduces moisture (sweat) within the helmet. The helmet also has vents on the front lower part jaw area of the helmet to provide plenty of airflow around the inside of the helmet to reduce any feeling of claustrophobia, also this means that warm exhaled air does not circulate up to into the visor causing any steaming issues. The Helmet is secured via a Kevlar helmet strap using the proven double d ring buckle along with a red pull strap to undo the helmet quickly if needed. You also have the feature of a fully removable lining which means you can keep your helmet clean and fresh by washing the liner. The Visor is made out of 3mm Polycarbonate and comes with a clear visor as standard, Smoked, Gold or Blue Iridium are available separately. The visor locking mechanism is bespoke to Koden which works like a clasp and anchor style clip and provides very secure visor retention The design of the helmet has also been optimized for Aerodynamics. You are also provided with a rear spoiler to aid this in open top cars or single seaters. Helmet Spec : Certified to Snell SA2015 for Motorsport Flameproof liner & Kevlar retention strap. Fully fireproof removable interior padding Aerodynamic styling. Vented for additional cooling. 3mm Anti scratch clear visor as standard Comes with Free Helmet bag Comes with FIA Approved 8858-2010 FHR/hans Posts Installed Iridium blue, gold & Smoked visors available separately
