  1. I was at the factory today collecting some part and got talking to Simon and was offered a ride in the new sport 250 and i didnt need asking twice Anybody that know me knows that i'm a massive s2000 engine package fan so i was interested in how the two engines compare. My test pilot was Mark walker on stepping into the car the first thing i noticed was the taller windscreen and side screen which have been taken from the sport turbo car and got to be honest they get the thumbs up from me and also the new digi dash package massive improvement over the old digi dash.We left the factory driving through Kingswinford and one thing I noticed straight away was how quiet the new mazda diff was and the car performed as it should nice and smooth,The biggest difference from the s2000 motor is the induction and turbo noise but you get used to it,We got out on to the open road and the go faster pedal was pressed and oh my god its awesome the power is instant not one bit of turbo lag got to be honest I cannot believe how instant the power is and it delivers the power so smooth and sounds great. I'm sure if the car had wings it would take off.But if you have one of these cars on order or are thinking about ordering one the first option you should be buying is the bigger brake package trust me you will need it. The biggest question is do I prefer this over the Honda motor I think I do as there is a massive potential to get 300bhp very easy out of this motor and I just love the power delivery It was just a good job that I had left my debit card at home Big thanks to Simon and Mark you left me with a big smile on my face all the way home thanks guys

  3. An Englishman, a Frenchman, a ravishing blonde and a homely brunette are sharing a compartment on a train as it winds its way through the Alps. Every now and then the train passes through a tunnel, during which time the compartment is plunged into complete darkness. On one such occasion a ringing slap is heard and, as the train passes back into daylight, the Frenchman is rubbing his sore, red cheek The brunette thinks 'I bet that dirty Frenchman fondled the blonde and she struck the pervert' The blonde thinks 'I bet that filthy Frenchman was looking to grope me in the dark, mistook the dowdy brunette for me and she slapped the beast' The Frenchman thinks 'I bet that perfidious Englishman touched up the blonde in the dark and she slapped me by mistake' The Englishman thinks: (scroll down). . . . . . . . . . . . . .'I can't wait for another tunnel so I can slap that French b*** again!'

  5. PM Received Pete and understood. All sorted Gary. I will ring you when I have them and we can go from there. I might just have to bring them to Scotland personally.

  6. that link looks like this. It's likely just a high value capacitor with some wires soldered on - less than a fiver for the parts. How well it works would depend on the resistance range of your fuel sender - the damping effect reduces as the resistance reduces, so for a VDO fuel gauge with low resistance when empty, the damping may be quite good when full (when it's not really needed) and quite useless when empty (when it is)... Might be worth a go at making your own though.

  7. Well - we all met up as planned! Wayne, Terry & me dashed over to the Anchor, then waited for everyone (almost) else. A blat down some side (slow) roads to the Beach where PaulH joined us & Steve hoooned around with an Impreza (which passed a bit toooo close for comfort), then Fish n Chips at the Pier. Then played 'find the dipstick' with Terry Around a dozen+ Westies in all. A grand evening Westie'ing

  8. I believe we are all sorted now, thanks for your patience and again apologies for the confusion. So that's two sets of Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets for 1 x Adult to David and one set of Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets for 1 x Adult to Gary. So that's all 3 sets gone. Monies are or will be sorted backstage and then passed to the Hope for Cancer charity. Thanks Gents.
