Since yesterday my Chrome browser on Android warns me that the connection to the Westfield CC forum is not secure - red cross next to the web address remains after being unable to log in a some hours.

All ok or should I promptly log back out and change my password?

Seems like some scrote must have thought it was a good laugh to hit us with a DoS (denial of service) attack.

All sorted, server patched, extra measures put in place back stage and the Webmaster now has a very sore head and is off to bed...

If I want to find out something example tyres... Most of the time I get nothing found messages... I can get some results... 

And how do you delete topics.. Example this one

Also, I now live in Hampshire, but my closest meets are still apparently Cotswold, Warwickshire and Black Country.

None of this is a big problem, but it does seem to suggest that something may be awry in the back room. 

As a consequence, I’ve had to go backstage, ban each account and ramp up the security settings so that Admins have to approve new accounts before they become active.  This may inconvenience new genuine members for the time being, but it will stop the spam post flurry and I’ll do my best to stay on top of it.

It’s really doing no good at all.  There have been no blog entries or creations for four years now, so that block just sits there taking up space.

I believe there’s a Gallery box available to plug in there, so at least new photos will pop in there and liven up the front page, or perhaps other options are available, but IMHO it’s time to remove the Blogs box.

does anyone else have this issue?

I recently changed my address and modified my profile to reflect this.  My profile now shows my new address.  However, the local meetings listed below my new address are still the ones closest to my old address.  Not a big issue that one I guess, but I also just renewed my membership and the system pulled up my old address as the billing address.  I clicked on 'Other' in the payment process and entered my new address, but the online confirmation and invoice both still listed my old address.  Payment went through OK so not a problem for me but thought you might like to know about it.  

Just recently I seem to have lost the ability to download files that have been posted. for example the spitfire brochure.

I noticed it a few weeks ago on something else but was able to download it on my tablet so just assumed it was a glitch 

I am running windows 10 with latest Chrome browser. Could it be Chrome or my antivirus?

Any ideas.

Latest update foobar'd the system and took me a while to figure out what went wrong.
