Was at Cottesmore again yesterday and its even better in the dry  :D  :D

Same layout as the wscc (wet) day

13 cars in attendance  3 of em westies  :t-up:

was good to open her up   managed 120 on the straights  ;)

pushing it a bit through the twisties  getting more confidence carrying the speed through the corners

only downside of the day was the camera stoped working  and a completely mullered set of 888s   :t-up:  :t-up:

I was there with Rob last friday and loved it.

Nearly 140miles of track action completed in the dry and the old pinto was threatening 120 down the back with a good tail wind.  :D

I'll confess to a half spin when i ran out of talent but it wasn't me that took out the landing light

hi ally

i also remember a spin or two  :D

but I'm not owning up to the landing light

i think that honour goes to the other westie driver that was in attendance      :D

I'm sure he'll be along soon to accept his trophy  :p  :t-up:

looks like an ideal first trackday for me  to dip my toe back in  :t-up:  :t-up:  :t-up:

just need to sort out a set of rims and buy a roll of gaffer tape to tape everything up

The lack of a landing light may have something to do with me running out of talent (not that I profess to have any to start with !!!) at a key moment      :oops

Nothing a bit of t-cut (and a bit of gel coat can't sort out!)

nice one - you booked too Jeff?

That's asking a bit much of Mr C.. the trackday is a whole month away, he may not have the car by then!

Come on folks, this is shaping up to be a good un!
