Standard Zetec internals should be good for 230 bhp with ARP rod bolts (allegedly!).  So moderate boost will see that easily enough. Any more than 240 bhp would probably need better internals though from what I have read. 

I will be going for 230-240 bhp 

and I’m told by supposed experts these engines are fine up to 250 but we will find out , if it blows Up then I will know they’re wrong

Watching with interest. I've still got most of the bits to turbo mine, but not got round to it yet. What engine management do you plan to run?

It already has omex 600 so just that remapped
