Was out this afternoon walking dogs, and accidentally had the camera switched to sepia. Anyone remember the winter of 1963? :)

Anyone else got any nice wintery shots?

I spent an hour digging the car out from the end of the drive at 7am then had to get pulled out by Land Rover.

Very "atmospheric" photos, anybody would think you did it deliberately.

Still remember the winner of 1963. Went sledging down a railway embankment (branch line I should add!), found a a sheet of corrugated iron, so we bent the front up and it went well six up, till somebody fell off and sliced their hand on the edge! Hadn't heard of risk assessments at twelve years old!

I passed my test in November 1962 and learned an awful lot about driving in snow in my 1947 Morris Ten (Series M) through that winter. With no heater in the car the handbrake lever tended to freeze and so did my ankles because of the draughts up past the holes in the floor where the pedals went through. Cycle clips were the answer! I hope Monica, my girlfriend of the time, thawed out... :rolleyes:

Henry is 1 year old this week, so gone from this at 8 weeks

To this today. he is a stick monster. Easily pleased with a stick in his mouth
