Does anyone fancy joining me for a carvery at the Toby Carvery near Monks Cross in York on Sunday 14th January.

Looking to be at the carvery somewhere around 12.30pm

I will be leaving Scarborough and making my way to York via country lanes and will not be taking a direct route.

Happy to organise a meeting point subject to anyone joining me.

What a brilliant day.

Took us 4 hours to get to York which was about 30 miles away as the crow flies. Empty roads all day and good weather. Company, conversation and banter was first class. Thanks to Malc, Di and Rob for joining in all the fun and escapades. I leant two lessons today. Dont let anyone drive your car and dont go into a toilet that has no door handle.
