Front Splitter

Recommended Posts

I have for sale a front splitter designed to fit a Westfield. Brand new and never fitted so will need some trimming.

Not many of these about but I am told by those that have them that they work very well.

Im trying to picture it on the car and where it goes. Struggling. Nose cone somewhere but trying to think how it looks when fitted.

It fits under the nose.

Tigger has one on his car I'll ask if he doesn't mind posting up a piccy of his.

Hey Guys,

Here is mine fitted to my sprint car at Blyton.

You will have to support the rear kickup part with something as they will catch the airflow and give you downforce.
I used  cycle brake cables and secured both ends.
Hope that helps?

Another closer one just after fitting it but without the much needed support wires at the rear.
The front support bars are adjustable to a degree.

Which Diffuser do you have fitted ?

I take its flat floor and completely filled in?

Hi Mick,

I don't have a diffuser yet. been trying to get one sorted from Mickmade but he is a busy man.
Tunnel is all covered in so it's still a work in progress.

The splitter does work though, the turn-in if great with this fitted.

Indeed.

Its easily done when you use the "new posts" button to navigate the forum, it's so easy to miss that you're actually in a For Sale thread, and just strike up a conversation. A little occasional drift will pop it back to the top, so we tend to overlook it.

I know it wasn't intentional, but devolving into a discusssion of competitors products on a for sale thread is a thread drift too far!

So I've split the posts off and moved them to the Start Line, where you can continue the chat!

Please find the "new" thread here
