What a splendid day! My thanks go out to Kevin (our AO with the mostest) for organising the outing. Also many thanks to the Essex and Suffolk Gliding Club for the discounted flying day, my pilot John (if he reads this forum) for a spectacular experience, the rest of the Westie crew for not getting too lost during my navigation on the way, Dean for not getting lost on the way back, friends, family, etc, etc,......  you get the drift!    (still grinning)

Just to say, the thanks doesn't go to me, it goes to you guys that turn out and make it a club day, rather than me going out on my own.
