Volunteering and Display Car Information

Show Dates are:

Sunday 30^th April 2017 & Monday 1^st May 2017

Set-Up Day is:

Saturday 29^th April 2017

 

 

This is an “INFORMATION ONLY” thread which will remain locked but will be updated as necessary
May Day Bank Holiday heralds in the National Kit Car Show at Stoneleigh Park and the WSCC need YOUR help.

 Your show organiser for the exterior area this year is:

·         Stu Faulkner (Finkangel)

Cars Exterior
 We are looking for 6-8 Westfields to display in and around the WSCC marquee.

·        Three cars internally
o   2 Completed cars
o   1 part built car  (If you are not too far away from Stoneleigh trailer transport can be arranged to and from the Stoneleigh if required.)

Last year we had a good mixture of competition cars and road cars in the Marquee and very good they looked too. If you fancy displaying your car in the marquee then please eMail: stoneleigh@wscc.co.uk with full details of your car and your availability.

 Please entitle your email “Stoneleigh Exterior Display Car” and state if you are willing to volunteer your time to stay with your car, on what days and time.

 Note: DO NOT park TinTops, Vans or trailers etc. around the marquee, we have secured parking for you. Come and see us for a pass.

 Volunteers

 Traditionally we have needed over 40 volunteers to man the stands over the show weekend. In reality this means a minimum of 20 per day so that nobody has to do more than one 2 hour stint and we can cover off the demand for more meters and greeters as suggested by the Membership.

 If you are happy to volunteer your time to help out on the exterior stand over the weekend of the show please eMail: stoneleigh@wscc.co.uk with your full personal details including:

 ·Contact number
· Westfield details including reg number
· Tintop details including registration number, make and model
· your availability for Saturday, Sunday and Monday
· who else is coming with e.g. better half, father/son

 Please entitle your email “Stoneleigh Exterior Volunteer” and state what days / times you are willing to volunteer for and your availability times. Please also state if you are willing to be a part of the setup and breakdown team on Saturday and Monday.

 As always we cannot make Stoneleigh the success it is without the help of you, the members.
