2017 Speed Series Regs - Finals

John Williams (Panda) - Joint Manchester AO

Attached are the Regs for 2017 submitted to the MSA

1 document doesn't do the work that the SSOT have been doing justice; this has been work in progress for 4 months, with lot of members from the Organising Team; we can't say they are final yet as the MSA need to approve them but this is what has been submitted.

So thank you to the team.... and as I also said at the awards night; Nick had big shoes!

You can purchase the entry for the 2017 WSCC Speed Series online NOW in the Store - CLICK HERE

many thanks

John "Panda" Williams

Some of the more eagle eyes among you will have noticed that the scoring method for the J classes has changed.

If anyone ( particularly class j competitors)  is unclear from the regs on how the new scoring method for the J classes will work please feel free to PM me and I will explain more.

Borough 19 were organising the weekend but somehow they were muscled out and a bike meeting is taking place ...the track rental at about £12500 per day may have been an issue.

Hi all,

I just wanted to clarify that for Class C, "Road Based", provided the car is built to comply with MSA Modified Specialist Production regs  but is not road registered

it would be accepted into Class C which does not include bike engine cars

Rob

Are you talking about a Westfield 7 or a Westfield 11?

Terry I'm talking about the 11.

It would need to be built complete, in that it would require all the lights to be fitted, two seats, etc, just not road registered, no MOT nor insurance but have an MSA log book?

It will be good to see you out in class C Rob

Just make sure you enter Mod prods on the day as "Road Going" needs MOT, Insurance etc
