In the past, if your membership expired, your user group name would have changed from Member to Guest. Now, it will change a bit more appropriately to S.O.R.N. Andrew Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 Five days on from my membership renewal my Profile is still showing the last renewal date as 4th Jan 2016? .. is this a problem? will the system not trigger my renewal procedure next year? The way I see it I should get an email in December giving 30 days notice of membership expiry, then after the date my status changes to SORN. Kingster Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 I wouldn't worry too much. You are definitely showing up as a member well past renewal date.
