mark.anson Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Ok I've decided to sell my lovely OMS 2000M.This is my first single seater and has been a great introduction and is only for sale due to a change of direction.This is a well know car on the Hillclimb circuit and has been in the 55s at Harewood with a previous owner.Currently fitted with a Kawasaki ZZR 1100 engine with ported head, cams, flat slide carbs and high compression JE Pistons.Suspension is Penske double adjustable dampers ( about 4K new).Two sets of centre lock OMS alloy split rims one with slicks and the other with AVON wets.PI X Sport digital dashIn date (2018) OMP HANs harnessIndoor Tailored cover.Spares include a pair of driveshafts. mark.anson Posted January 2, 2017 Author Share Posted January 2, 2017 Ok folks time for a bump. The ROPS issue with single seaters has now been sorted by Steve Owen at OMS. The 2000m has been tested by MIRA and requires a minor modification to the back stays on the hoop which can be done at OMS for £160 which includes the cost of the ROPS certificate. See OMS website for details. Anyway I need the space so the OMS has to go so price reduced to £9400:00 Ono to Wscc members before it goes on the bay of E A great car for anyone wanting to move to single seaters. mark.anson Posted April 9, 2017 Author Share Posted April 9, 2017 Deanspoors If the time was right I would consider a PX but sadly the time is not, This is an immaculate car that comes with a spare set of OMS rims and nearly new Avon Wets. There are several spares and it comes with a file of info and previous history. The car is ready to go and only needs a minor mod to the ROPS that can be fitted at OMS for £160. If the new owner wishes to upgrade the engine I can supply at extra cost a full Honda 1000rr Fireblade engine and loom to fit to the car. PM me if interested and I'm happy to email further pictures to any interested party. The asking price of £9250 is a bargain and only for sale at this price as I need the space and the funds towards my daughters wedding.
