I have the 2l version running SC Delta ecu i had similar problem could not get it to fire when turning over everything seemed fine , Matt at SC Delta even logged in while I was turning it over and could not see anything wrong i tracked it down to the ignition switch and had to put a push button start in to get it to work Now runs and start fine Try by turning ignition on and then use a wire from battery to starting solenoid thats how I found out this hope it helps you
