  1. Hey everyone, joined about 2months ago around time of Stoneleigh and have now, after a lot of looking about and trying cars got hold of my first Westfield and I am chuffed! A black SEIW with 2.0 red top. I have to give full credit to Matt (matta) from Scotland region for helping me find it so cheers Matt! Really excited to get in amongst it, give it a good service, learn a bit about it and get to some meets etc! Hopefully my image posting skills work ha ha! [/url]

  2. For various reasons I've narrowed my search to a fuel injected, likely 2.0L (not V8) Westfield putting out 170 or higher, for weekend fun and track days to chase my buddy in a 200bhp Caterham. Windscreen, non-stripped interior and wet weather gear is a big bonus or will need change to buy some. Max £10k budget (have had an eye on the market for months and think this should be plenty reasonable for the right car...) Okay so I'm being a little (lot!) picky I know, but have not been having much luck hunting so thought I'd try my luck here...if you think you have a suitable car please message me: rhysv@outlook.com Thanks!

  4. Well, I never found the ones that I spotted that day, but I did come across these beauties Got them from Roadvision in Australia, had them shipped to a friend living there and then 'smuggled' into the UK by his dad when he returned from a trip 'down under'.

  5. Came home this evening to find a envelope for me ... A introduction letter , two copies of westfield world , keyfob and a sticker !! Never expected it at all so well chuffed ! Cannot wait for our Westfield ownership to start ...won't be long now Maybe a little intro and about our plans and how I have ended up here Me and my sister are looking for a Westfield to basically track-day round all circuits that our dad spent many years at being a race mechanic but sadly passed away in 2008. We were a massive petrol head family and it's really taken this long to even be remotely interested in cars and motorsport again with the bug really biting again. So currently waiting for a house sale to go through (should get signing date any time next 2 weeks) which then will get us our Westfield to start the adventure. The wait has actually been good for us not to rush into anything and decide what we really want ! I didn't think I would be but getting very intrigued with bike engines ?! Cheers Dave

  6. Went yesterday for test day. Absolutely fantastic. Tips are leave plenty early. I would aim into arrive at 8am. Allow an hour for traffic on entry. We were queuing for an hour on A43 at 8am. Do allow for this. Food and drink is expensive, we took large cool bag as did many, so saved on expensive food but others may want a treat. There are plenty of food outlets. I took kids so took ear defenders with us, sound was awesome but little loud for kids. We sat in village A and on start straight as close as possible, all thoroughly enjoyed it wish I was still there!

  7. From experience it is best to phone and get at least three quotes. I started of with a quote for £260, second one I told them I had already been quoted £190, they bettered it at £175, third company I told them I had already been quoted £145 (trying my luck) and ended up being quoted and paying £130 including breakdown cover! Could of just been luck!
