Biscuit Tins & Baked Beans

Does every single boy racer in some kind of motorised biscuit tin (with the mandatory pointless baked bean tin exhaust) have to change down a gear when they go past a Westfield?

Have I missed something in the Highway Code???

PMSL...

I had an M5 last Friday that just had to get past me. it seemed like life or death to him so I just let him go...

Over the weekend I had three or four muppets going the other way that changed down and made a big deal of passing me.

Maybe I shouldn't drive through Featherstone and Pontefract so much?  :d

I also had some idiot in a souped up Skoda think he was racing me through a 40 limit ... kids playing & people shopping didn't seem to make a difference and he must have hit close to double the speed limit trying to show what a big boy he was to his wife

I had a chuckle to myself on Sunday when a backward cap wearing chav in full reclined seat mode in an old BMW 120d (yes diesel) with a dustbin exhaust went for an overtake past a transit van and bus, the transit van also went for it and out dragged the chav mobile, both in clouds of black smoke.

ROFL .... maybe it was raining inside his Diesel Tin Top and he didn't want to get water down the back of his neck?  :d

I take it as a compliment and part of owning a car that makes me smile every time I drive it.

Mart.

Had a kid a couple of weekends ago thought it was amusing to brake his neck to get past me then use his washers and I assume headlight washers for the next mile or two - clouds of spray going over and around his car almost endlessly.

I hate having the exhaust on the driver side. It was so much more useful on the passengers side of the car...
