Cadwell Park video

Had a cracking day at Cadwell last Friday.

Here's a vid from a pal's Zetec powered car chasing my lad Pete, getting the most from my Pintosaurus.

That red ones a quick motor

When we have met on the straights your pintosaurus pulls away from my duratec no probs

Obviously he has a great gearbox in it but what sort of power is it running?

Great video and driving

The red car doesn't have as much power as I suspect you're thinking.. about 210 to 220bhp at most perhaps? The gearbox obviously gives it's performance a boost.

My car only has 170bhp, so I doubt it would be quicker than your duratec in a straight drag race Clarke, It's surprising how a good corner exit can make a pass down the straight look like it's all about power.

Plus the tow effect you can get on straights is amazing. It's got to be worth around 50bhp to the following car. It meant Pete in my car could stay with the red car fairly comfortably on the straights.
