momo thumb button (horn) or after-market suggestion

Bit of a long shot this one, but I'm looking for a momo thumb button (horn) for my Momo wheel.

It's to fit the small just-off-centre hole as pictured above.  I have the more "common" momo centre horn push button on another wheel but I dont want to have to bore a 50mm hole in the middle of the red momo wheel just to fit that.

I've tried looking on line, but to be honest unless they're called something different that I'm not aware of I can't find one.

I'm also considering one of these

but they seem difficult to get a hold of at a sensible price....the one above is selling for $79 plus postage from the states......!!!!!

any suggestions as to where I can source a button, after-market or OEM, greatly appreciated before I break out the carbon fibre wrap and just cover the middle over....!

I've got a square-ish momo or sparco wheel with buttons that I don't use. I'll try and remove them and see if they look like they'll fit.

Hi Craig,

what's the hole diameter, you're trying to fill (I appreciate you can open it out if needed)?

Thanks for the replies and helpful suggestions,

Blue Ass Fly: at least I know that Ebay has some now.....!

Dommo: thanks for that, I'm just after one...!  Happy to pay for it

Ian, I'm not at home at the moment but my wife measured it at 9mm (although she's not the most precise.) will measure accurately tomorrow...

I've also contacted Momo UK to see if they have anything lying around in an old sock drawer....

I used the above for my steering wheel mounted indicator buttons. Worked well

I've extracted one from the wheel:

Looks like it might be too small for that hole, though could be fitted with washers if a quick solution was required.

Outer diameter of collar is 10mm, with the thread being 6mm.

Again, thanks for all the suggestions:

Just to update things: got a bit of a result from Momo UK, who sent me a silver aluminium wheel centre,

I've also measured the horn aperture on this which is 16mm.

Then ordered a couple of momentary switches of Ebay ( similar to the one sparkymart suggested) so hopefully will have it all sorted by midweek.   :t-up:

Just to close off this topic I've managed to source and fit a decent horn button to my Momo wheel.

As suggested, Ebay came up trumps at £1.15 each.....!!

So, with the diameter of the hole on the centre cap opened up by a whisker (probably less than a mm) the 16mm momentary button fits perfect.

My wheel is now fitted to the QR boss and feels nice and solid when driving.

TBH I would have preferred a black centre cap but if you can find one they're silly money (some guy in Nevada has one for sale at $79 plus shipping and there are a couple to be had in Italy for similar money).  That's more than I paid for the actual steering wheel.

Momo UK had the aluminium one lying around and kindly let me have it for a few quid.

Now just need to decide whether to wire up the horn button with a coiled cable into a removable CB-Mic type fitment on the dash; but as I take the wheel off when parked up and to get in and out every time, that might prove tedious.....although I'm tempted to fit a sparco twin button holder that accommodates two latching buttons for the indicators too and run them all through the same multi-core coiled cable.

The wife's thinking I've got too much time on my hands.........................

Anyway, thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction.
