I've been daft, can you match my stupidity with your generosity?

I stupidly agreed to run my first full marathon just over a week ago at the start line of my last Half Marathon. It's in less than two weeks time and not really enough time to train properly. However I'll give it my best!

I've decided to do it for a worthy charity and would be grateful of any donations:

Many thanks,

Hi All,

Thanks to some very kind people, I'm already at 49% of my target. Clearly not quite there, so any further donations gladly received.

Many thanks,

Ian

Genuinely I would love too but I've never run anywhere near that distance.

Good luck on Sunday though.

In just over 24 hours, I'll be starting my longest and toughest run ever! However others less fortunate than I have the longest and toughest day, every day! Please give generously I've now hit a whopping 70% of my target and it would be absolutely fantastic to hit it!

Job done. 3 hours 30mins and 7 secs by my watch. I enjoyed the first 20 miles but the last six were tough. Many thanks to all my kind sponsors and the great folk of the Potteries.

Many thanks to all the kind people who sponsored me for the Potters Marathon in July. I've finally collected all the money in and I'm delighted that we've raised just under £1000.
