Hi does anyone have an crossflow engine stand that could be borrowed for the next week

You could have mine but as I'm in South Wales it would cost more in transport costs than it would to buy a second hand one.

 

If you can arrange transport drop me a PM and it's yours.

I've got a couple, a cheap and nasty small lighter weight type, or a slightly bigger heavy duty version. I'm in Congleton, Cheshire. You're welcome to borrow either. 

 

The he small one is OK, but not so good if you want to be able to turn the engine over to get at the underneath. The heavy duty one is great though!

 

Both strip down for storage/transport.
