Lifting ramps at Stoneleigh

Recommended Posts

Did anyone perchance get the contact details for the guy selling the small hydraulic lifting ramps at Stoneleigh?  He had a stand not far from the 6-speed gearbox guy.

Walking past I heard him say £225 to someone.  Ah, I'll get some off the net I thought but, on investigation, that's a cracking price and I fancy a pair of those.

I didn't see those, perhaps you could work it out from the approx location and the show guide?

It's one of those idiotic flip book catalogue style things, but unlike the 3000 page product catalogues I have to search through on a daily basis :( (part of my job), at least it's only 32 pages long! :)

They weren't these by any chance?

I saw those outside.  I thought the welding looked a bit marginal

Didn't look that close but point taken ta. As a lifting device I would have thought it would need certification though

Which ones Rob?

I found the Stoneleigh ones on eBay and the welding does indeed look iffy in the photos

You can drive the car onto the ramps when in their lowered position. Then raise them up with the remote hydraulic pump.. Very strong and has a safety lock to prevent the ramps from dropping.

I use mine quite a lot.
