I've just removed some Federal RSR-595s and Nankangs NS2Rs from my race car, all in 195/50/15. Planning to get some pics and measure tread depths sometime this weekend. AdamR Posted February 15, 2015 Share Posted February 15, 2015 They're basically a Taiwanese version of the two Japanese tyres you mentioned. Ultimate lap times would probably be a second or two down on the 888s etc but they are far cheaper, so perfect for track days IMO. Having raced on them for the past few years the only reason they're going is a new, even cheaper control tyre for this season.
