After my girlfriend managed to park my Honda on the otherside of a crash barrier, I was browsing eBay for a replacement and came across a Westfield seight and liked the look of them. As for the SEiGHT, there's no real issue with a well done repaired Westfield being returned to the road, it will have a slight effect on value, but once you take repair cost out of the equation, they're a very repairable car, and can certainly, for a price, be made 100% good as new. TVRGLEN is a business one or two of our members have had dealings with and I know a few Caterham owners have. He also has, not unsurprisingly, a history as a TVR specialist. I don't normally like suggesting new member to the club "go google something" as it comes across as being unfriendly! In this case though, it's worth popping the TVRGlen name into Google and having a scan through the results! At least it will give you an idea of what to assess if you should go look at the car! We can help advise on all the Westfieldy type questions to ask! Good luck with the hunt, the V8's are a great car, though very different in character to your S2000. 6carjon Posted January 25, 2015 Share Posted January 25, 2015 Hi mark. I would be cautious of buying a car at this value on a cat d personally. It looks nice but check the cost to insure it versus a non cat d. Colours are good. Wheels are too big and personally would like fuel injection but that is my choice. I did look through the for sale forum and did see the green one, no offence to the owner but the Q plate put me off it as I have a nice V8*** registration on retention.
