Aerodynamix Ltd Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 There probably is a tool you know what dremel are like , however I do all mine free hand . What I have found best is to tape the cut line with some quality masking tape and run down that , because the cutting disc when penetrated through the carbon or grp is longer than say a bandsaw blade it is easier to keep straight . You need to keep the blade from fully going through otherwise it will sit on the retaining screw on the end of the shaft and that will leave a line on one side of the cut , I would say a couple of trial runs and is surprisingly easy . If you are unsure you can always cut an extra mm away or so and then sand back with some p60 on a sanding block or piece of wood .
