Y Ddraig Goch 2015

10 years of the YDG.

Y Ddraig Goch.

Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th May 2015.

New start time, now 08.00 at the Tudor Rose, 09.00 at Darren's.

Since the first YDG in 2006 the event has grown in popularity and miles. Originally two days, it is now held over three days, giving the opportunity to reach far away places, including the fabulous empty roads of the Brecon Beacons. This also allows us to visit our favourite roads a couple of times, the Elan Valley will surely be on that list.

Format will be similar to previous years, you can do all 3 days, or any day that suits. Route will be decided in advance, usually over breakfast. And of course our first breakfast will be at Darren's cafe, Castle Street, Llangollen, LL20 8NY.

The overnight halt for both nights will be the Highland Moors guest house, Wellington Road. Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5ND. Contact Sue to book your accommodation either on 01597 825151 or by email to sue@highlandmoors.co.uk.

On the Friday either meet at the Tudor Rose, leaving at 08.00, or go straight to Darren's, aim to get there about 09.00. Park behind Darren's café, in the Royal Hotel car park in Bridge Street.

Put the date in your diary now, it's going to be great.

John.
