Terry Everall
This would be good to fit to a car entering the speed series ( sprints and hill climbs) or even for track days. It is likely that the MSA will insist on at least this type of roll over protection rather than the simple unbraced roll bar on some road going cars as they are not really safe! Mooch
I do need one of these for mine, I'm just worried that the lack of rose joints will make it hard to fit on my Mazda SDV. Any thoughts, anyone?
peet
No it shouldn't. It's straight forward, most awkward would be lining up the lower fixings to the chassis. To help, you can ratchet strap the legs together slightly to where you want them, adjust the rose joint, fit the spacers and bolt it in. Probably stronger than the RAC too. pete g
just to make it clear. it does have rose joints at the bottom for rear chassis rails. for adjustment on fitting. second picture does show this. I don't know whether the Mazda has a different rollbar
