Young Pretender Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Landrover Discovery TD5 S, 135,000 miles, MOT until 19/07/2015 All consumables (tyres, brakes etc) in tip top condition 12 stamps in the service book (8 from Landrover) – last serviced 125k miles Original manual + pack 2 x working key / alarm fobs New Battery 7 seats No sunroof (so not leaks onto boot floor) Rear airbag suspension converted to springs (minor mod really) Radio / cd palyer Good condition inside for age Electric windows all round etc – all working fine Good car – really enjoy driving it despite the age. Just something about them. Have used it for a little bit of light green laning in kent over last 3-4 months so has picked up some scratches to paintwork due to tight lanes but should polish out. 2 x dings (one in rear passenger door / one on rear quarter). Will have a go with dent puller on the weekend so will hopefully be gone (they're only minor). Main problem is that it has started to overheat on occasion. Due to lack of time and patience I’m not bothering to investigate and try to sort it so selling as it is – new car is already on order. Would be ideal for someone who doesn’t mind a bit of maintenance and it’s priced accordingly.
