Cleggy the Spyder Man
Got a day there tomorrow with the wife and kids (6,7 and 9 years) around the docks area - what would you recommend to do? Also my eldest has an Anfield stadium tour on the Monday - any recommendations or things we really should try to see whilst at the stadium ? Thank you
Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup)
Hi. There is a fantastic museum not far from the dock full of natural history. forget the name but do a search. Antony Gormleys Another Place on the beach at Sefton is quiet tranquil and a nice walk.
DanDud
As has been said , Antony Gormly's Another Place is about 8 miles north of the city Ctr, The Albert Dock, the wheel (every city seems to have one now). There's several museums, Merseyside Martime Museum in the Albert Dock, the main one in William Brown Street (think it's called the World Museum), There's the Walker Art Gallery and the Tate Modern, over on the Wirral there's the U-Boats (think you can get the ferry there) and last but not least Knowsley Safari Park (don't take your car in)

Smaller gallery is the blue coat (have dinner in lunya next door) Fun place to eat is the world buffet. Crazy golf in liv 1, odeon in liv 1 too. Use misery rail to get to gormleys.
