jim_l
My Bro just bought this, which at the moment is a lump of fibreglass sitting on a slightly untidy KVA based rolling chassis (Steel frame but a bit more substantial than a Westfield) . Big job broke out, you might say. Anyone know roughly what blasting and powder coating the chassis should cost, and any reliable providers in the north west, though happy to drive a bit to a highly recommended place. AdamR
I've seen some work that a company called FastLine Coatings have done - it was very nice indeed. I have no idea on costs etc, but they are based in Preston, 01772 563 550, http://www.fastlinecoatings.co.uk Edit: Just looked on the website and this is the item I'm on about: http://www.fastlinecoatings.co.uk/pics/dogsled.html We bolted it all back together and fitted the disc brakes... Then had a play on it in the car park
Rory's Dad
Yes I know it's a trike - but what's it for???
AdamR
This! One of the reasons it got blasted and painted was because it ended up in a lake... with the guy's wife on it

AdamR
Haha Apparently they train them - off road, up hills and stuff - in packs of 8 or 16 (!) and use a quad bike to do it!

Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
Slurp, slurp, dribbles wiped off chin......right here we go. When I worked for a living, the company I worked for used Apc quite a lot for EPC, so the lads did em for £20 a wheel for me.
