The Parade Lap many of us enjoyed last year, on the Sunday is back on again!

As I'm not competing, there's a good chance I will be signing the parade lap participants on in the office

That's great John, I know I was helping Sarah do it last year, can't remember if we had anyone else or not, but would have been handy if we didn't.
