Renewal problem

I've had a renewal notice/invoice sent via email #5228 , went thro it on my iPhone and tried to pay it but it came back with "oops there's a problem" and "could not locate invoice" can I get some help with this ? dingus120

Just as an aside to everyone else - Paul was having difficulty renewing with his iPhone 4S, which I believe is due not to the phone itself but the Safari browser.  If you are on an iPhone or an iPad, I recommend you consider downloading and using the Atomic Web browser app instead, and setting it to emulate Firefox, which certainly seems to work better for me on my iPad than Safari does when here in the boardroom. :t-up:
